We are happy to carry out exchanges. Exchanges are available within 14 days of your purchase, once we receive an email with your order number and exchange details we will forward you our return address. An example of when exchanges would be carried out is in the instance of incorrect ring size. 

Exchanges are usually completed within 3 working days of the returned item reaching our packaging facilities. Unfortunately, we currently do not process refunds.
